How Spike and I Spent New Year's Eve
You got it! We slept the New Year in! Spike didn't really like the fact that I had to share the bed with him, but he was willing to tolerate me as long as he was comfortable. You'd think he was a cat! Oh, well, Happy 2009!
Happy New Year! Spike, you're a good dog for allowing the human to have a bit of the bed :) Mallory, I really enjoyed reading your list of things about 2008. May 2009 bring you lots of good things!
Have to tell you that my nieces and I were playing Where's Spike? the other day. They loved him as Superman, in his different neck cloths, and seeing him under the covers. Will show them this pic when I see them.
Your Spike is so cute! My dog Spike also shares a little of her bed with us.
She was cold last night (at least I think that is what it means when she scrunches up into a tight little ball), so I covered her up too. She kept the blanket on most of the night too.
Nothing wrong with sleeping the New Year in Mallory, the Mailleman did - I went into the lounge to wish him Happy New Year & give him a kiss....& there he was, book down on his chest, reading the inside of his eyelids -lol!
I'm so pleased that Spike bestows some bed space on his human. ;o)
Happy New Year Mallory and Spike!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like Spike might have had one to many there (LOL)

Mallory, I hope you have the best of years. Give Spike a hug from me. He is adorable, and I am so glad he is still with you. Hugs!!!
