I Heart Macro!

So,
yesterday Jenny and I went to the dog park again with Pixie!
I HEART MACRO!
Red Berries and Green Leaves.
Plants at the bottom of the trees.
Cotton from the Cotton Wood Trees.
A neighboring pine seeking the sun.
A fungus growing on a piece of bark.
A fern being host to something or the other.
I HEART MACRO!

Be sure to check out Bead A Little Dream by lizajayne on Etsy, and you still might be able to see this heart. She made it using my Blazing Sunset Shards! Isn't it great?

While you're there, be sure to check out the rest of her store to see more amazing beads!

How about this -----------------> bead? Isn't it gorgeous? You can also find this in lizajayne's Etsy store.

Look at this beautiful ring!

My Coiling Gizmo

I've been playing with my Coiling Gizmo again. I truly love this toy, I mean, tool. With it you can quickly coil wire and make some awesome looking wire beads to use in your work or to sell.

Here are some of the results of my "work" with this gizmo. It really should be called play.

Making this coiled wire heart was extremely easy once the wire was coiled. I love it!

Here's the prototype of a cross that I am working on. A few more adjustments, and I'll have it. Again, this was super easy using my Coiling Gizmo.
(Aren't I starting to sound like and informercial?)

Here are some beads made with artistic wire. I am thinking about using them in a necklace or as earrings.

These beads are going to be focals in necklaces.

These are larger sized spacers. They really look neat in person.

These are spacers, too, but I used silver plated wire. So, what do you think? Do you like my Coiling Gizmo as much as I do? Let me know.

One World One Heart

Don't you just love a give away? I've decided to participate in a project sponsored by Lisa Swifka, A Whimsical Bohemian. Be sure to check out her blog for more information about this great project!

This is a first for me. This give away is open to anyone who would care to participate in it. You don't have to be a blogger to enter. All you have to do is to leave a comment on this blog and a way for me to contact you if you win. I'll draw a name from the list of people who leave a comment. That's it. It's simple. So, if you would like to win a heart, a glass lampwork heart, leave a comment. I'll be drawing the name of the winner on February 12th when this program ends. See OWOH for more information. You might want to participate in this event, too!

So, here's the prize, just in time for Valentine's Day. I'll mail the heart to you as soon as you respond to my email.

Good luck! I hope you win!
