Six Word Story Sunday - Sayings

A
Picture's
Worth
a Thousand
Words.

Again,
if you know me, you know that,
most times,
six words just aren't enough.
Just know,
I paid my taxes
yesterday.
I'm still in shock!

Six Word Story Sunday- Roses

Roses

I learned
to make
glass roses!

Again, if you know me,
six words aren't often enough. These roses have been years in the making.
Thanks to the inspiration from Marcy Lamberson,
I challenged myself to make roses, when every bead I made that day flopped.
I couldn't even make a spacer.
It was a bad day at the torch until these roses were born!
Now,
I have to figure out how to incorporate them into jewelry.
I'm not sure yet,
but I'll figure out something!

So, what have you been challenged by on a bad day?
How did you accomplish what you wanted to accomplish?
All right, this was way more than six words.
See what you can say in six words!

Six Word Story Sunday - Spring

Spring
Bare Trees
Warm Sun
Whispy Clouds

Again, if you know me, sometimes
six words just aren't enough.
Yesterday
was the first day this season
that I felt a touch of spring.
There is hope.
Hope is my mantra.
Hope is the future.
Hope is the gift.

Six Word Story Sunday - A Cat Knows

Knows Better

A cat
knows
how
to rest.

All right,
this is one of those weeks.
Six words aren't enough.
Have you ever watched
an animal?
They know when to rest,
when to eat,
and when to sleep.
Marvin is no exception.
He doesn't have to think about it.
He just does it.
I wish I could be more like a cat.

Six Word Story Sunday - Getting Ready for the Show

Getting Ready for the Show

Six
Words
Can't
Describe
Getting
Ready.

Of course, they can't. There's still so much left to do, but I'm almost there.
Next Friday night,
I will be setting up
for the
Twin Cities Bead Bazaar.

How nice to know that all that work will be worth while!
This just a quick preview of some of my work.
I hope that people really like them!
I'll take a photo of my booth once it's set up.
I hope it empties early!
I'd like a vacation now!

Six Word Story Sunday - Whine

Whine

Sick of
Snow
Cold

As you know,
six words just isn't enough,
but for this whine,
almost.

I'm ready for Spring!!!!!
