I was trying to figure this out yesterday...I think it looks like the inner part of a lily or other flower. I see veins and creases in the petal. Then I look again, and it looks like more than one petal but the dark veins run smoothly across both. Hmmmm. Did you do some cool layers of photos? Anyway, the colors instantly made me think of silk ribbons. Cool challenge, Mallory!
Ang, you're right. It is a layered photo. I took parts of the whole then layered it. I like the thought of silk ribbons. I hadn't thought of that. You're right. It is a flower, now, what kind of flower?
Hmmm. Did Deb guess it yet? Bet she can take one look and figure it out. I'm thinking a peachy color impatien, but the veins look more like a petunia? I give, LOL
