Just to expand a bit...
I cut up about 3 big stalks of rhubarb.
(About 2 Cups)
Be sure to remove the leaves because they can make you sick.
I don't add water, but I cook the rhubarb in the microwave until it is soft and mushy.
You should still see chunks.
I add Splenda to taste.
You can add sugar to taste, but I add Splenda.
