A Quick and Easy Fall Meal

 Sausage, Apples and Onions in a Skillet.

I used
1/2 low fat Italian Sausage
1 small onion sliced
2 small tart granny smith apples sliced
a pinch of rosemary
1 teaspoon ginger

If you really want to be good,
brown the Italian Sausage and drain completely.
Clean the skillet.
Spray with Pam.
Add the sliced onion and apples.
Brown a little.
I used a medium heat.
Add the sausage and cook until the apples and onion are brown.

Serves 3-4.

I would have never thought of throwing in the apples, but this sounds so yummy! I am definitely going to try it this weekend!! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
